Founded in 2014, Sentryo is a French provider of cybersecurity and situation awareness solutions to industrial networks and the internet of things. Its solutions enable industrial engineers to prevent and detect cyberattacks. Founded in 2006, Tecalemit Aerospace is a French manufacturer of rigid pipes and hose assemblies for the aerospace industry. The company offers aeronautical flexible/combined hoses and rigid metallic hoses, thermal and fire protections, fittings for hoses and machined components, and assembling of aeronautical subassemblies. Its products are used in civil and military aviation, general aviation, helicopters, missiles, and space launchers markets worldwide.

Direct Energie is a branch of group Total, and the third french provider of electricity and gas, after EDF and Engie. It is the first alternative provider of electricty and gas in France.

Founded in 2007 by Céline Wisselink and Marie-Anne Teissier, Neoness develops and operates a network of fitness centres mainly located in Paris, its suburbs and in other towns in France.

This is a 35-retail asset portfolio located throughout France. The net area is approximately 200,000m2 and the portfolio includes 102 retail units leased to national and international brands such as Babou, Brico-Dépôt, Maxi Toys, Mc Donald's, Leader Price, Besson, C&A, Chaussea or Kiabi.

Located in eastern Paris at Porte de Bercy, designed by Renzo Piano and inaugurated in 1990, Bercy 2 covers around 34,000m² of sale area and 70 shops. It includes a food anchor tenant “Carrefour” and 4 large size units (Darty, H&M, Fitness Park) and benefits from a catchment area of 675,000 inhabitants. The transaction involved the acquisition of co-ownership units previously by Hammerson France and Darty.

Founded in 2012 by Pâris Mouratoglou and David Corchia, Total Eren is an Independent Power Producer (IPP), which develops, finances, invests in, builds and operates renewable energy power plants (solar, wind, hydro) worldwide over the long-term.

Flexitech is a global designer and supplier of hydraulic brake hoses to the automotive industry, with a 17% market share worldwide. The company supplies a range of safety critical brake hose products and assemblies and provides product design, engineering and testing services to its clients, many of which are leading automotive OEMs. With a global footprint, Flexitech operates in 5 countries (France, USA, Romania, Mexico and Brazil) and supports its customers in Asia through licensing relationships in India and China.

EPISOD is a boutique chain gym with 4 hubs in Paris offering group classes in cycling, rowing, athletic, bootcamp, yoga and pilates, boxing and recover. The company has been founded in 2017 by Neoness' group. We have sold our equity stake in Neoness in 2022 but remain shareholder of EPISOD.

Founded in 1946, Interflora is a leading company mainly operating in the flower delivery market in France at a lesser extent in Spain. The Group is also operating in the wholesale of florist decorative items and consumables through Renaud distribution branch relying on 44 points of sale nationwide.
