Examples of the non-profits we support
Espérance Banlieues
01
Espérance Banlieues
Espérance Banlieues was founded in 2012 to combat school dropout and social exclusion among children from disadvantaged neighbourhoods. The current organisation covers 18 Esperance Banlieues schools (from nursery to the end of middle school), with 1,200 pupils, 140 teachers and principals, and over 500 volunteers.
Tikehau Capital has been actively involved in supporting the development of an Espérance Banlieues middle school in Argenteuil since 2021. Recognising that middle school is a critical and formative period for pupils, where they start contemplating their future aspirations and career paths, Tikehau Capital’s contribution has been particularly impactful. Located in the heart of the Val d’Argenteuil district, Cours Charlemagne is an Espérance Banlieues school that caters to pupils from primary to middle school.

Sport dans la Ville
For several years, Tikehau Capital has been supporting the social and professional integration of young individuals from disadvantaged urban neighbourhoods in collaboration with Sport dans la Ville, France’s leading non-profit organisation, focused on promoting integration through sport.
By taking part in major sporting events organised by Sport dans la Ville each year, Tikehau Capital empowers its employees to contribute towards equal opportunities, ensuring access to sports and employment for the most marginalised youth.
Tikehau Capital also opens its doors to showcase its world and businesses to young people enrolled in the Young Talent programme, which each year gives around a hundred young individuals, aged 18 to 25, the chance to gain real international experience capable of transforming their lives and opening up a wider range of opportunities for them in the world of work.

This programme aims to address the issue of school dropout rates among 330 disadvantaged students at risk of academic failure who are enrolled in Basic Vocational Training (BVT) programs in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville.
