Founded in 2009, Mistertemp’ is a temporary staffing company with a disruptive phygital business model relying on (i) a network of franchised agencies and (ii) a differentiating proprietary digital platform. A competitive process led by Lazard involving several sponsors was eventually won by Andera based on a c.€184m EV (i.e. 13.4x multiple). TKO was mandated to arrange a €68.0m Unitranche financing.

Founded in 2010, Musixmatch is a leading global music data platform business, providing lyrics-related royalties' management services and digital contents to device service providers (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc).
