Co-founder
Antoine Flamarion co-founded Tikehau Capital in 2004. Previously, he worked in the Mortgage and Principal Investment department of Goldman Sachs in London which he joined in 1999. He began his career in 1997 in the Principal Investment department of Merrill Lynch in Paris.
Education: Paris Dauphine University, Paris Sorbonne University.

Xavier Musca

Expertise and past experience in management: Xavier Musca is a graduate of the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and a former student of the École nationale d’administration (ENA). He began his career at the Inspectorate General of Finance in 1985, before joining the French Treasury Department in 1989. In 1993, he was appointed to the office of Prime Minister Édouard Balladur and returned to the Treasury in 1995, where he became Director in 2004. In this role, he chaired the Paris Club and the Economic and Financial Committee of the European Union, which brings together the Treasury Directors of EU member states. In 2009, he joined the Presidency of the French Republic as Deputy Secretary General in charge of Economic Affairs and in 2011 was appointed Secretary General of the French President. From 2012 to 2025, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group and from 2022 to 2025 as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole CIB. From 2016 to 2021, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amundi.
