What is personal data ?
The French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 established a strengthened legal and regulatory framework that increases individuals’ control over how their personal data may be used.
Personal data is information that makes it possible to identify you, directly or indirectly, as a natural person—such as your last name, first name, telephone number, online identifiers, etc. In this capacity, Tikehau Capital, as Data Controller, may collect and process personal data for all of its activities.
