Founded in 1878 by the LEMER family, Lemer is a low melting point alloy foundry. Based in France, the company specialises in the manufacture of low melting point lead and alloy parts in various fields: fishing, diving, boating, ballasting, radiation protection, industry.

EDF 1 is a mixed portfolio of c. 130 office and business assets. The portfolio includes assets located both in and outside of Ile-de-France, representing approximately 300,000m². Tikehau Capital acquired the portfolio from Sofilo, the Real Estate company of the EDF group.

Founded in 2016, 3D TRUST is a German software provider whose solution enable to secure and optimise additive manufacturing data exchange.

Created in 1995, AltéAd is a leading French provider of integrated industrial services (such as special transport, lifting, handling and plant relocation and maintenance). The company grew significantly until 2010 through the acquisition of more than sixty companies most notably in lifting and special transport.

Kersia, formerly known as Hypred, is a subsidiary of Roullier Group (€3.1Bn turnover, owned by Daniel Roullier). The company specializes in the formulation, production and sale of disinfection and hygiene solutions for food processing industries as well as for livestock and farms biosecurity.

Founded in 2000 with the merger of Cana and Caval, Terrena is the third French leading agricultural and agrifood cooperative (behind InVivo and Sodiaal) and the 14th worldwide cooperative. Europe Snacks is a leading French manufacturer of salt-based savoury snacks, mainly addressed to the French market. Kolak Snack Foods is a leading English manufacturer of crisps and snacks.

BSN is the Avril Group’s subsidiary in charge of modern livestock management. Created in 2014, BSN regroups the historical expertise of the Avril Group in terms of nutritional solutions and biosecurity. The key assets of BSN are its extended knowledge in zootechnics and galenic formulation, inherited from the long-term partnership between BSN and Sanders, the leader on the French animal feed market (another major Avril Group’s subsidiary). BSN benefits from a leading European Research Center and spends annually more than 6% of its turnover in R&D.

ELIX is a leading specialty chemicals manufacturer focused on pre-coloured ABS and SAN resins and compounds as well as tailor-made specialties for a variety of industries. ELIX has a production facility in Tarragona (Spain). ELIX’s products are distributed globally to over 300 customers in more than 40 countries, with a focus on Europe.
