INSEEC is a French group of business schools, working independently, operating through 17 different brands in France and abroad. The group offers Bachelor, Master and MBA programs to more than 17,000 students. Tikehau Capital had already arranged financing for the company in December 2013.

Bastide is a family-owned group founded in Nîmes in 1977 by Guy Bastide, a former pharmacist. The firm operates on the Homecare Services market in France, Belgium and Switzerland. The three main activities of the group are Homecare Assistance, Nutrition Infusion and Respiratory Assistance.

Escoffier Park is a 28,000m² recently refurbished last mile logistics asset. It is built on a 4.4 ha plot of land next to Bercy2 shopping center, located at Porte de Bercy, an entry gate of Paris in Charenton-le-Pont.
Included in the Metropole du Grand Paris renewal program (60 sites), this plot of land is part of the Charenton-Bercy redevelopment project attributed to Bouygues Immobilier at the end of the tender process.

De Sangosse designs, manufactures and sells protection solutions for crops, herbal nutrition and pests. De Sangosse activity relies on: adjuvants, pest control, crop protection solutions, herbal nutrition, garden and green area market.

Les Maîtres Laitiers du Cotentin is an agricultural cooperative specialized in the distribution and the making of dairy products. The company has developed an extensive range of products thanks to which it has become a leader in the field of Out-of-Home Consumption (OHC).

Cisbio is a French manufacturer of specialized reagents used in two distinct healthcare/pharma markets: In Vitro Diagnostics (diagnosis and screening of diseases) and Life Sciences (drug discovery). In Vitro Diagnostics end clients are public and private laboratories and hospitals. Created in 1980 as a spin-off from the CEA (“Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique”).

Based in Paris, European Homes is a Real Estate developer focusing on affordable residential properties. The Company’s product range mainly comprises individual houses and small horizontal collective dwellings with a recent development on vertical collective dwellings in town-centers of Province agglomerations.

Opened in 2007, the shopping centre “I Petali di Reggio Emilia”, located in Reggio Emilia in northern Italy, welcomes approximately 4 million visitors per year.
