Founded in 2008, Verona is a leading fitness market player in France, operating 26 Neoness clubs in Greater Paris and 2 in Lyon. Since 2017, Verona also owns and operates EPISOD, a premium fitness brand with 17 studios across 4 hubs, offering experiential indoor sports such as boxing, cycling, bootcamp, rowing, cardio, and yoga.

Direct Energie is a branch of group Total, and the third french provider of electricity and gas, after EDF and Engie. It is the first alternative provider of electricty and gas in France.
