This is a 35-retail asset portfolio located throughout France. The net area is approximately 200,000m2 and the portfolio includes 102 retail units leased to national and international brands such as Babou, Brico-Dépôt, Maxi Toys, Mc Donald's, Leader Price, Besson, C&A, Chaussea or Kiabi.

Located in eastern Paris at Porte de Bercy, designed by Renzo Piano and inaugurated in 1990, Bercy 2 covers around 34,000m² of sale area and 70 shops. It includes a food anchor tenant “Carrefour” and 4 large size units (Darty, H&M, Fitness Park) and benefits from a catchment area of 675,000 inhabitants. The transaction involved the acquisition of co-ownership units previously by Hammerson France and Darty.
